Information on the ticket system change

In December, we will begin migrating our customer ticket system from Jira to Zendesk. This change is part of our efforts to optimise customer support and continuously improve service quality.

Details of the changeover:

  • Information phase: Communication of all details to our customers
  • Migration period: Beginning of December to end of January 2024
  • Access to historical data: When the migration is completed at the end of January 2024, customers will no longer be able to access existing tickets in the Jira system.

What does this mean for you?

We will contact you individually from next week to plan the switch to Zendesk in detail. Please note that no contacts or contact persons will be transferred during the migration.
